We are responsible for the information described on this page. If anything here is unclear, ask us.

We only collect what you type in yourself, and only when you place an online order. There is no account to create, and nothing is gathered in the background as you browse.

• Your name and email address — so we know whose order it is and where to send the confirmation.
• Your phone number, if you give one — only so we can reach you about that order.
• Your order and any notes — what you ordered and anything you told the bar, such as an allergy or a milk preference.

Card details go straight to our payment processor. They never reach this website and never reach our inbox.

To make and hand over the drink you ordered, and to contact you if something about that order needs sorting out. Nothing else. We do not build marketing profiles, and we do not send promotional email.

• Our payment processor (Stripe) — when you pay online, it receives your card details directly and processes them under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number. If you are paying at the counter instead, no card details pass through this website at all.
• Our email provider — delivers your order to the shop, and your confirmation to you.
• Our website host — serves the pages and keeps standard server logs.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We share it outside these services only if the law requires it.

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or profiling cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no social media tracker on any page. We do not know who you are until you tell us at checkout.

The one exception is the checkout page itself: our payment processor sets its own cookies there to keep the payment secure and detect fraud. Those are required for payment to work.

The short notice at the bottom of the screen on your first visit stores one thing in your browser once you dismiss it: a note that you have seen it, so it does not come back on every page. It is not a cookie, it never leaves your browser, and clearing your browsing data removes it.

Order records are kept as long as we need them for our books and tax records. Order emails stay in the shop's inbox as long as they are useful for handling any follow-up. Beyond that, they are deleted.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what information about you we hold;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete it, unless we are required to keep it for tax or accounting reasons;
• stop contacting you.

This site is meant for adults ordering coffee. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The version published here is always the one that applies.
